At SaveStyle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help and ensure a smooth return or exchange experience.

Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable: innerwear, swimwear, and discounted/sale items.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• In case of delayed refunds, please check with your bank or payment service provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

• We allow size exchanges for the same product, subject to stock availability.
• If the requested size is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
